This ridiculous man cannot even see with his eyes a giant steel 30 X 50 steel. Building on our land. He completely left it off our appraisal. He only wrote up two of our five buildings on our property. He is obviously senile. We paid $450.00 for his inaccurate JOKE of an appraisal. He only gave us credit for having 5 rooms upstairs going against his own diagram which showed 8 rooms.
