Horrible care with total lack of interest in the patient. No follow-up. No sense of urgency. My husband has been having a GI bleeding for over 2 months now in they finally did a pill camera and found lesions in the small intestine and are not going to set him up for yet another month to do another endoscopy, because Dr. Finlaw has already done one, because they don't feel that his cases urgent. So I called today at 9 to make sure you would be open -you said absolutely! We fight the weather to get there because this appointment was super important only to find out you closed for bad weather! That’s fine I respect that, what I don’t understand is why you couldn’t call your customers to let them know????
