I chose Finnish Builders because I could get a custom fit pre-cut kit for my space. Customer service up to the point of receiving payment was prompt, questions were answered, layout and custom needs addressed. I even talked through my custom layout at the time of order (Jan 10th) with Tim on the phone. I was told 9 weeks to delivery (approx March 14th), he sent me a payment link and asked me to write a review. I replied that I would once I actually received the sauna. I have been trying to get a hold of this company for months. They will not return a voicemail. They will not return the form you fill out online to contact them. I have no idea how they are still in business.
Bought two sauna heaters from this company. Unfortunately had a problem with wiring. Was told the person doing my electric could talk to their electrician. Then when we called to double check things Maralyn would not connect us and tried to tell us what was necessary despite the fact she is not an electrician and was using terms that made it clear she herself does not do electric. Does not create peace of mind that things will be done correctly or that company is supportive of a good install.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They are an anti-veteran business! Customer service is non existent, they will treat you like an idiot, and all of their products are cheap. They break within 2 years
Purchased a sauna from this company. Staff is nice and the sauna is nice but PLEASE update your instructions. They provide you a dvd to only do the interior. Please stop using dvds, it’s a waste of money. No one has dvd players to play this anymore, just give a link to your YouTube for the instructions. The instructions to do the roof are hand written difficult to understand and incomplete. Please do a video so people can follow along.
