Just got off the phone with an older sounding woman sales representative. The phone call was a whopping 3 minutes, 2 of which I was on hold for. She did not introduce herself by name, so I can’t include that in this review unfortunately. I live in Central Oregon but have family in the Willamette Valley. I called to purchase direct through Finlandia at their warehouse in Portland to avoid the up charges and shipping cost of the local dealer here. I chose Finnish Builders because I could get a custom fit pre-cut kit for my space. Customer service up to the point of receiving payment was prompt, questions were answered, layout and custom needs addressed. I even talked through my custom layout at the time of order (Jan 10th) with Tim on the phone. I was told 9 weeks to delivery (approx March 14th), he sent me a payment link and asked me to write a review. I replied that I would once I actually received the sauna. Absolutely fantastic service. Very knowledgeable staff, found a solution and were able to get parts verified and ready to ship same day. I will be coming to them directly for any future sauna needs.
