Professional and caring staff! And they are very friendly. It’s a joy to visit their store.
I brought a ring in to be tightened.
Did a good job fixing my ring
Went in and unfortunately they play the Rolex AD fake waiting list game like all the other Rolex AD locations. Would have thought a smaller town AD would have better customer service. Won’t be coming back. Unfortunate experience.
