Very stunning pieces of jewelry but the worker we had was extremely rude. He talked down to us and told me numerous times that what I was looking for was “fit” for an engagement ring.

I had a very disappointing experience at Fink's Jewelry. One of the employees was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of answering my questions respectfully, he responded in a condescending tone that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I expect a higher level of customer service from a store of this reputation. Unfortunately, this interaction has made me reconsider doing business here in the future.

I recently brought in my watch after it was damaged in an accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Destiny went above and beyond to help me. She was professional, attentive, and made the entire process smooth. The shop was able to repair my watch perfectly, and it looks and works like new again.
