Went in today to get a watch battery replaced, the person who gifted me the watch recommended I go here - I know I am not Kim K, but, woah, customer service is dead. No desire to help me out or find a resolution, no asking how I am doing, just scanned me up and down and acted like I had 3 heads and I was insane for stepping foot in there! Told me they only do watch repairs Tuesday, fine, but, didnt even offer to let me leave the watch or anything, bad vibes.
