We met Dr Finken during an inpatient stay and loved him! My son is non verbal and he was so patient with him and talked like Elmo which is my son’s favorite character!! He was thorough and made sure he was well before sending us home. We have been seeing him ever since and will continue! They ask if my son will wear a gown but have never insisted and they are flexible with what he is comfortable with! I highly recommend Dr Finken and love all the nurses and staff!!
Always made my son strip and wear a hospital gown for every visit, no matter what it was for. Even though he knew my son is autistic and has serious modesty issues. Dr Finken wouldn't budge and still insisted my son be naked except the hospital gown, even for routine appointments like getting a flu shot. Super creepy.
Honestly one of the worst doctors I've encountered and I've had to deal with a lot since my son has a lot of medical issues. He argued with me over the medical decisions of my son. NO compassion or bedside manner! If you are young parents DO NOT go to him. Anything that happens to your child he will blame on you and pretty much call you a bad parent and a liar. I even talked to one of my nurses and they said he has no bed side manner. They had a incident with him where her son was taking medication and he still had a asthma ... read more
Our children loved seeing Dr. Finken. He made every visit comfortable and answered all of their questions and mine. We would highly recommend him for both his medical care and his demeanor.
Not personable just dont use him trust me. No bedside manner, rude, aggressive, and doesnt like single parents
