After time and patience, my case settled for a reasonable amount however when it came time to actually collect a settlement, the firm not only hit me up for disbursments, attorneys fees AND disbursement fees to "Total Trial Solutions." Appears "Total Trial Solutions" is nothing more than a shadow company owned by the firm which outsources services to them as a billable servic... read more
