I had braces with Dr. Finkelston for almost 4 years. Had them off for a little over 2 years and my dentist has brought it to my attention that the job that was done on my teeth was done sloppily and incorrectly. Originally paid about $4,800. Because he is no longer in practice and retired I now to have all the appropriate corrections made. I have to fork over another $2,800 to have my teeth corrected. That's in total over $7,600 and 5 years of wearing braces.
It was a long hike ago that I was a patient of Mathew Finkleson. I was 18, in college, and still dependent on my family for paying for my braces. They were late with a payment and Dr F loudly humiliated me in front of his staff and other patients for being late on payments. I’ll never forget how embarrassing it was and what a classless individual I felt he was. His staff apologized on his behalf. But for a young awkward guy with braces, it was hurtful.
Dr Finkelson Rocks!!! He recognizes my son as a human being not just a patient. Always takes an interest in what is going on in his life. I wish when I had braces, Dr Finkelson was in practice. He always greats us with a smile and a warm greeting.
