Our communities patio home Homeowners Association decided to rewrite our 17 year old covenants and by-laws. Our attorney, Charles Krawczyk, aided us through this 5 month very challenging undertaking. After numerous meetings and many phone calls we finally completed the task and the new documents were approved by our residents. Without attorney Krawczyk we would have never completed our journey.
