Check you EOB's that you receive carefully from any CHS Hospital. This doctor signs his name to patients and procedures he does not see or perform then sends bills claiming "out of network". Do not pay anything associated with this doctor until the hospital performs a full review.

This doctors office in a con-operation on the verge of malpractice. Continually being harassed about service that was alleged to be rendered on the last day of my hospital stay at St. Josephs on Long Island. On the last day an out of network doctor, Mr. Fink states that he did "paperwork" in the amount of 900 dollars without my authorization to do so. My 95 year old mother went to St Joseph's Bethpage and was admitted on 6/23/22. She was assigned Dr Yuri Fink. She was discharged on evening of 6/27/22 and called to come back on the morning of 6/28/22. The blood culture results came back morning of 6/28/22 and were positive for 2 types of gram + bacteria. My mother was discharged before the blood culture results were returned! Why would they do this to a geriatric, fragile woman who has leukemia?
