My husband and I lived in the apartments a couple of years ago, but I thought it was time for our opinion to be heard. Our unit had water damage from a leak not caused by us, the ceiling ended up getting a hole because of a leak in the roof, we lived an entire summer without air conditioning, and the whole upper cabinet fell down because of moisture from the dryer. This woman is evil. Refused to give back our deposit and said we left the place trashed when in fact it was spotless clean. We had multiple issues with the roof leaking and actually had water damage to our curtains. She refused to even reimburse us for that damage. Unfortunately it became obvious to us AFTER living there that all she cared about was getting her money. Do not rent from her. You’re better off living under a bridge.
STAY AWAY! Terrible person to rent from! Not to mention, you pay way more than similar properties around the area cost..

Terrible condition in the apartments. Pretty much fell apart around us. Most of the things on the apartment are original from what seems to be the 80's. Then she refused to give most of the cleaning deposit back after we cleaned from top to bottom.
