I recently visited Dr. Amanda for my dad's eye check-up, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism we received. From the moment we walked into her office, we felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Amanda took the time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explained each step of the examination process. Dr. Amanda Fink is very genuine, kind and caring. She makes your appointment very friendly. She has a great personality. She is very thorough in her exam and explanations. I highly recommend her.
highly recommend Dr. Fink. I have brought all my children there for exams and each one felt comfortable and enjoyed the experience. Dr. Fink is wonderful with children of all ages, she is able to get them to talk, smile and laugh through the exam. Above and beyond care and concern for her patients. I wouldn't let my family members go anywhere else! I am also a patient and had the same great experience as my four children. Five stars.
Love this office. Always takes care of us and even fixed my daughters glasses for free. I highly recommend them.
She was nice but I didn't like how she answered my questions. She explained things in a roundabout way, and almost had a condescending tone. I was also charged $100 for something I had never been charged for before and couldn't seem to get a straight answer about why. I'm overall very skeptical about being charged for that visit when my eyes weren't even checked with dilating drops or the glaucoma test. Something just doesn't sit right with me about that office overall.
Drs. Fink are wonderful, and the care they offer their patients is exceptional. An office visit is always informative, friendly, and thorough. Prices are affordable, and they accept my insurance which is a plus. I would wholeheartedly recommend this awesome father-daughter optometric practice!
