I have live in Finisterra 5 yrs. I like it its very quiet, clean, friendly, and maintenance has always fix my problem fast with in the next day or so. Thank you Finisterra.
Horrible apartments, its gotten just a little better over the last few years, but I would 100% recommend to go to another apartments or another side of town, there is better places than Maryvale

I lived at this complex 30 years ago (it was known by another name, most likely), and it has NOT improved by any means. I visited a friend a few weeks ago & it was like traveling back 30 years ago. The same issues exist today as they did back then. Roaches are still rampant, there is very little upkeep & the gates are STILL not operational. I figured in 30 years there would have been some turn around for the better, but the only thing that will help improve the issues and conditions of this complex is for it to be demolished... read more
Not answering their phones, very poor management and not to mention the noise coming out from 51st ave and the neighborhood with the loud music and fireworks which make the car alarms go off. I paid all of my rent always on time and even weeks prior to my due date,left the place in excellent condition and they refused to give me back the entire deposit.
