Parts may be clean and well packaged but not right. Check before leaving with old part if possible. My was not correct. Expect long delays on the phone or in person. Customer service has no place here.
Horrible experience! The shop I took my 2012 Ram to is one that I have trusted implicitly in the past. After doing my own research on a reman engine, the owner of the shop assured me that his supplier provides an excellent product and recommended that I go with his source (LKQ). I didn't know LKQ did reman engines. Now I know, they don't. What a HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT!!!!!!! This engine sounds like a bucket of bolts being shaken. Smooth and quick
started off by getting the wrong part later then promised. cant get any call backs from jason who is the so called manager that is never there. john gave every excuse in the book from corporate meetings to him being out sick. we had to put our customer in rentals and it cost us over $400. the number they provided to call on the response to this review never got answered either. this place is a joke. . use another supplier
Got me on hold for 20 minutes no help call va again and put me on hold again customer service sucks
