Always have the parts I need
This company appears to enjoy a business model that does not require them to ever answer their phone or call a customer back. Abysmal in every way. Ordered a part, did not get a call that it was in. Tried to call. No one answered. Went down, and then had to pay for the part before I could see it. It was the wrong part from the wrong car. Had to wait 3 days for a refund. I cannot imagine a more absurd customer experience.
If I could give them less of a rating I would. Call line 2, no one ever answers and can't leave a voicemail. Call line 3 for business, someone answers but he couldnt find the order, then trys to forward me to some other person and it goes to voicemail. Leave a voicemail and they never call back. I call back and he goes for a while trying to find it and I get forwarded to that same voicemail. Now they won't answer, I'm in Prescott and trying to get things handled. Very unprofessional.
