There’s a reason this place has some of the worst reviews out of auto parts stores in Arizona. The customer service is terrible and completely unprofessional. The people answering the phones are rude, impatient, and act like helping customers is an inconvenience. They also play games with pricing. Sold the wrong engine and sales man is refusing to pay for labor he already admitted to selling wrong engine and says due to not buy labor with engine there is nothing he can do by swap out for the right motor he admitted it’s wrong engine is willing to give a replacement but not I have to pay dealer 2000 dollars to take out wrong motor and 2000 to put in right motor this place don’t stand behind tire product but lawyers are involved shady
I had a bad experience this lkq they call me to go pick up the part that I order and they didn’t have it and then they call me again to go pick up the part and I when it it was the wrong part so I left the part there .they said they were going to send me a check with my money and they haven send it and I keep calling they never answer and I also leave messages to call me back and nothing.
