worst customer service ever, they take forever to answer the phone and hang up... and send the wrong parts all the time...
They had me on hold for an hour and 24 minutes just for a guy named Nate to answer the phone and say hold on again and then disconnect the call customer service is trash
The amount of "we won't" from this company is astonishing. Wont will-call on site, Won't trasnfer the part to Phoenix for will-call. Won't accept that Pinal's suburban zoning is a blend of ag business and homes so they want residential shipping rates. I'm not paying $330 for you to drive a $225 part 30 minutes.
Great company and staff, sometimes. It is very hard to get a hold of someone. Have to call several times just to get someone to answer. At least put the call on hold and on que. And with deliveries they are inconsistent which causes delays for my shop. Only good thing is quality of parts are great so far so if you dont mind a headache or two they can get most of what you need.
This place sucks I called about 10 times straight and the never pick up the phone.
