Rude customer service
Walked in at 8:10 (10 mins after they open) no one greets me just miserable faces. So I ask for some supplies was told they don’t take “walk ins” until after 11am b/c they are busy (none of this is stated on website or anywhere in store and keep in mind they have 4 guys just standing behind counter which two of them are just eating and talkin ) ok so forget the supplies I needed can I just buy a couple buffing pads which were within 2 feet from his counter? I saw that they hit people's cars on facebook then claim no fault
Poor customer service unable to service customers until after 11:30 although there's no note to let a customer know if you a walk in being in the industry it's kind of hard to pick things up at 11:30 when your day is half done this is the second time I've gone in and walked out with nothing and this will be the last.
