I had a deeply disappointing experience with Finishline Auto Sales at 1331 Mulberry Street, Fort Collins, CO. I purchased a 2019 Kia Soul from them on June 10, 2024, and just four days later, the check engine light came on, and we began experiencing issues with the vehicle. I returned it to Finishline Auto Sales, and their mechanic replaced the number three fuel injector. I was assured the vehicle was in good working condition. Ran a hard inquiry on my credit after showing mild interest in a vehicle. I had told the sales people (which they have a very high turnaround on) that I would NOT be financing. Ran the inquiry anyway, real shady business practice, glad I didn't but a vehicle here.
