Saw one of their vehicles listed on CarGurus and chatted with Brenton through text a couple times before going to look at the vehicle. He responds in a timely manner and was not pushy at all. I didnt meet him while looking at the car but dealt with a nice lady. Also was not very pushy and was straight forward. She let us test drive the car and didnt make us feel uncomfortavle at all. I bought my first car from them recently, It was super quick and easy. I would say it took a total of 2 hours to test drive and finalize the sell. I appreciate the Genuine service. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity. Since buying my car from them in July I have had to take it to the shop multiple times. The first time they offered to fix the issue for me and then I found out that they didn’t even replace the right part correctly and essentially put a bandaid on my car. Then I took my car to the shop again and turns out that the entire engine is essentially bad. I have dropped 3k on fixing this car and I bought it for 9k from them.
