Who would have thought that the little wig shop opened in 1973 would grow into the spa & salon it is today. There was a dream. Our dream was realized in Oct 2000 when we relocated to our new facility. Great Services Every Time! – The Finishing Touch offers great treatments at reasonable prices as well as a highly certified staff. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. I have been a client for a year now and I wish I had found it sooner. My esthetician, Wanda, is awesome at waxing and facials. I go to her every time for my brazilians. Great waxing! – The Finishing Touch has a great atmosphere, and the aesthetician was very friendly. My brows look wonderful. I have recommended Finishing Touch to my friends, and will definitely go back.
ultra relaxing – I called at the last minute and got an appointment for a pedicure on a busy saturday. It was very relaxing and calm in the spa area and even though they were busy I didn't feel that the woman doing my pedicure was rushed in any way. Definitely telling friends and taking my mom also! The girls at the reception desk were very friendly! I liked the way they have you pick a polish color. All the colors are painted on a wheel so you can hold them up to your skin to match your skin tone.
Won't be back – When I made my appointment I requested to have the promotional 50% off haircut and style as advertisted in their store and online. When I checked out I found out that I was booked with the wrong stylist and was told that I could not have my haircut and style at the originially agreed price of half off. The stylist then told me that I should make sure, next time, to tell the receptionist that I wanted the 50% deal. Great customer service – Excellent services and professional staff plus a relaxing atmosphere has made me a regular client . I will recommend Finishing Touch to all of my friends.
friendly and helpful – great salon. everyone is helpful and sweet, and there is a generally a great atmosphere around the entire place. I usually see Wanda and Jen, but everyone that the staff has recommended to me has been great. Sometimes the girls at the front desk are a little busy, but you get that at all good salons.
Great Staff and service – My experience at Finishing Touch has always been good. The spa has a friendly staff and the service is prompt and good. I would highly recommend it for anyone who would like services like waxing done.
Great pedicure/manicure/massage – Great pedicures with awesome leg massage, awesome manicure with Jen and fantastic massages! Recommended especially for last minute appointments.
Great massages! – Great massage for couples. Very friendly staff. The decor is relaxing. Like the hot stones on the feet for the massage. Very good at squeezing in last minute appointments
