Who would have thought that the little wig shop opened in 1973 would grow into the spa & salon it is today. There was a dream. Our dream was realized in Oct 2000 when we relocated to our new facility. For months I've been given the run around. I have a 200.00 special day certificate and a gift certificate for 100.00. I cannot get my money or the services I was promised. Sorry place!!!!!!
Mistake with the overcharge was corrected quickly. Gotta Recommend Finishing Touch. We would definitely go there again. The experience was great. My friend and I enjoyed our time at FT, and we felt the therapists and esthetician were very skilled.
Would not go there for a bikini wax! – I just went here last week for a Brazilian wax. I was very disappointed with the results! The girl who I went to see used strip wax which was remarkably painful (I've been getting Brazilians for years and most definitely have a tolerance for pain). Strip wax is useful for places like your legs because it is quicker and covers a larger area, but I was shocked when she used this on such a sensitive area. Give us the chance to respond before putting up a negative review. We can'T help you or redo your service or refund your money if we do not know there is a problem. Yes a negative review tells us there's a problem but we can't offer any solutions or help if we can't contact you.
My hair was butchered here... – I wish I had read the 9/28 review before coming here. I decided to buy the groupon deal and figured the place must be good if it is in boulder, big mistake. I also was not greeted very warmly but didn't mind so long as I received a nice haircut. I told the woman who was cutting my hair that I just wanted "a trim" and we agreed to take 2 inches off. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER – Hello, I wanted to share the recent experience that I had at Finishing Touch Spa. When I saw that there was a Groupon I decided to call and see if they had any weekend openings and made a reservation. Questionable Reviews – I haven't been here but anyone else feel that a lot of the good reviews are fishy! I almost always go online and read reviews before I purchase something or go somewhere that I'm unfamiliar and I have to say a lot of the 5 star reviews have this same theme to them like they've been written by the same person. horrible brow wax – I hate to right a bad review on a place I've been going to for so many years, and I've never written a bad review on any local business but tonight's experience was horrible. FABULOUS COLOR AND CUT – Had my hair done by Nina, and she is so friendly and focused on providing just what you want. I have dark brown hair and wanted something new but not to wild. I am 46 not 26. Anyway she did a new technique leaving dark and light variations so my hair had carmel and brown and auburn and red shades within the brown. It looks great and I get so many compliements. Best part was a free haircut because I was a new client. So it was crazy cheap and great too. I will definitely be going back for more.
Just what I needed – They always do their service at their best. They're always at the top of every service they offer. Pleasant and helpful staff give utmost service and give every customer an extremely satisfying experience. I'll definitely come back to this place and recommend it to my friends.
