Who would have thought that the little wig shop opened in 1973 would grow into the spa & salon it is today. There was a dream. Our dream was realized in Oct 2000 when we relocated to our new facility. Stylist, Denise is the very best. – Denise is very talented, she listens, she has impecable customer service, very friendly and professional.
Best haircut – I have been getting my hair cut and other services by Denice for over 10 years. She is GREAT...... she is attentive and knowledgable with out being pushy. If she needs to change an appointment she will call and she is always on time. This is a great salon with reasonable prices. I would recommend it to any of my friends and will keep going back for more.
Stay Away unless you want to pay more and get less – My wife and I were overcharged for services we never received. We placed many calls to the owner to get an explanation and never had any of them returned. For a comapny that is supposed to be providing a superior service to their clients, "Finishing Touch Spa" has poor customer service that starts at the top. Unless you are looking to Pay more and get less, I would avoid this place.

THE CLIENT BOOKED 2 75MIN PEDICURES AND ARRIVED 30 MIN LATE. WE WERE COMPLETELY BOOKED AND NEEDED TO BEGIN SUBSEQUENT CLIENTS ON TIME. WE ACCOMMODATED THEM BY USING THE REMAINING SERVICE TIME TO DO 2 50 MIN PEDICURES WHICH DID MAKE US 5 MIN LATE STARTING THE NEXT CLIENTS BUT WE DID NOT WANT TO JUST TURN THEM AWAY. Nice Time – I've been here a couple times for massages, mani- and pedicures. Though the interior is cheesy and could use updating, I've received good treatments each time. I really enjoyed getting a massage with my choice of essential oil (wish there were more choices since I wasn't overly fond of any) followed by a good amount of time in the jetted tub. I definately left in a better state than I had come in, if not a bit greasier. They tend to be a bit on the more expensive end of the scale for these services, so I don't co... read more
Don't let its strip mall facade fool you; unpretentious charm and quality work make this spa a find. – In Short Behind a fairly bland exterior hides a faux-tropical theme. Tacky interior, awful haircut – I, in fact, DID return. Having read other posts, I knew that I would only be offered a re-cut with the same stylist. She was very nice - just not particularly skilled as a hairstylist. This isn't personal, it's business - when I go into a hair salon, and pay the amount you charge, I expect at least someone who is versed in *style* not simply trimming. Waxing – Ika (not sure if I spelled her name correct) does the BEST Brazilian and eyebrow wax in the state! I live in Denver in travel to Boulder on a regular basis just to see her. She is awesome!
All around excellent experience – I had the a facial and a hair color and cut. The facial was wonderful and my service provider gave me facial product samples and recommendations without being pushy. Everything from the facial massage to the room decor was extremely relaxing. My hair color was exactly what I asked for and the stylist was very attentive. My experience was fantastic and everything seemed reasonably priced. I will definitely return and tell all my friends!
best gift i ever gave – I bought my wife a spa spectacular package. she came home feeling great and very relaxed. She told me everyone was extremely attentive, services were top notch, and that they made her feel very special. She really liked the casual atmosphere of the spa and the decor. I was like being on vacation, she said. Thanks for making her birthday great.
