I walked into this salon not knowing anything about it. I had an engagement and needed a hair style. I met a young lady named Tashe, she greeted me with a smile, she was very professional, as i sat in the waiting area i looked around and liked what i saw, i was in a great atmosphere, the place was very clean and i liked the jazz music coming from above. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I went here and got my hair done by a lady named Tashe who destroyed my hair. I went in to turn my platinum blonde hair a very light golden brown for my wedding which was two days away and what I got was a nightmare. She turned my roots red and the rest was a very dark ashy green. After hours of her trying to fix it she was unsuccessful. Ms Jones displayed excellent and professional customer service. She explained hair care techniques and product knowledge, she was patient and kind, she did not rush through the process. I would recommend this salon and her as the stylist. thank you so much for making me beautiful again.
