The employees from this company don’t understand taking while people are living in these establishments. They openly talk about the owner of the company, Tony, makes to entertain women of the night. We also learned a lot of other intricate things about the company go to the employees conversations. The paint job was terrible and they’re coming back for the third time for touchups. I would not recommend them.

The work they did was mostly satisfactory for the price we paid. The few main grievances we experienced were these - 1) They didn’t pick up any of their trash from the site. Our maintenance crew spent several hours pulling off tape that was still stuck to the trim. 2) They employees speaking loudly enough about their personal lives that people could hear it in their units.. the issue being that some of it was pretty vulgar. I’ve worked with FTP on multiple projects over the past 8 years and have been happy with them on each one from their office involvement to their professionalism in the field.
