The work they did was mostly satisfactory for the price we paid. The few main grievances we experienced were these - 1) They didn’t pick up any of their trash from the site. Our maintenance crew spent several hours pulling off tape that was still stuck to the trim. 2) They employees speaking loudly enough about their personal lives that people could hear it in their units.. the issue being that some of it was pretty vulgar.
