We replaced a flat roof 3 years ago and went with low bid as money was tight. Nine repairs later it was clear the roof was unfixable. I was originally looking to simply pay out-of-pocket for needed roof repairs, but Isaac immediately recognized past hail and wind damage. Finishing Touch worked closely with me and the insurance company to ensure our repairs were done quickly, completely, and with an appropriate claim. We were extremely satisfied!
Absolutely fabulous work! Quick, efficient and honest. Extremely professional and informative. Walked me through the whole process and what to expect. Fixed my roof and battlement stucco. Both for the estimate and the actual work arrived right at agreed appointment time. I highly recommend Finishing Touch both for roof work and stucco repair.
