Book with Joe! I've never had a regular hair stylist but I'm going to keep booking with him. He really made the experience by explaining the color and every step he took. Transformed my brassy highlighted hair to the dark color I wanted without losing the dimension. He also has the best personality and had me laughing throughout the appointment
