RecommendedThey we’re honest, friendly, and didn’t play games. Bo told me what I needed to know and didn’t play games. Robbie returned my phone calls promptly and was straight up. And, even better, they were a couple hundred bucks cheaper than anybody else. I’m gonna buy an ATV from them in the next week or two....if the price is nice.
They have nice looking vehicles and will approve you. Which I’m happy about that. But they need to look over their vehicles better and inspect them closer. I bought 2012 Ford Explorer in may I love it. Runs great. And is sharp looking but noticed roaring noise when tested it just thought it was tires loud on road Got to looking after got it. My husband bought a truck from Finish Line in 2015, last night we bought an SUV. The guys here are always great. Friendly, professional, efficient. They answered all questions asked, put up with our craziness, and overall made this entire process a breeze.
Bought a car from them a little over a year ago, it came with a warranty(thankfully) after a month of having it we had it in the shop they had it for over two weeks and didn’t even fix everything I had mentioned which means they had to keep it longer. I finally got my car back and it was still making the same noises, so I took it to another shop. They fixed the problem , a couple months later something else landed it in the shop. Highly recommend Finish Line Motors to anyone in Morgantown or the surrounding area! I was nervous to take my car somewhere new (as I’m a student and not from the Morgantown area) but was pleasantly met with excellent customer service and comprehensive explanations to all my questions.
