I scheduled an appointment online Sunday evening for 11am Tuesday. I’m sitting in the parking lot at 10:55 wondering why they aren’t open and I get a text and email stating my appointment has been declined. This is extremely unprofessional, I should have been notified well before now if the appointment wasn’t accepted. I was excited to try the VIP service but I will be going elsewhere.
She was amazing! My little dude hates his getting his hair cut! He loved it so much this time, he said “she’s my new hair cutter!” 10000/10!
