I go here all the time because it is near my office and near where I get my car serviced. Today, I got the Ultimate Wash + had them wash my rubber floor mats. I happened to see the guy putting the rubber floor mats into my car and they were soaking wet and he threw them on my cloth seats before he put them down. Then, when they were done with my car, I got in it and my coffee travel mug, which was not closed, was laying on my seat, dripping coffee all over my seat and my expensive umbrella.
