I have been with Finishline Autos for about 6 months now. The owner has revamped everything. We have a new service manager who has been in the business over 20 years. New mechanics, new sales person in utica. I am in charge of the chittenango store. The vehicles have never been better. The owner stands behind the vehicle no matter what. My many customers are very happy. I can't explain what happened before but know it is just a great place to buy a car, truck, suv, or van. Bought a 03 pathfinder had it for a month only driven it ten times rest of time been in shop got in accident said nothing is wrong with it I lost all steering mechanics can't tell a blown head gasket from pudding don't go here they suck ass if possible I would give them no stars
