The gentleman at store number 600 in Franklin Mills mall deserves not only a praise but hopefully a raise that's much deserved. I walked into finish line with my son really close to closing time, I would say it was around 6:45. I didn't know that the mall closed at 7:00. Never and I can say NEVER have I met an employee especially at a retail shoe store that was so kind and polite and helpful and he wanted to help he wasn't being forced to help. His name is kokou. I bought a pair of New Balance 530 at Finish Line, but when I looked closely at home, I noticed that the shoes were mismatched — different production years, different countries of origin, and even small design differences. As a result, they didn’t feel the same on foot, so I had to return them. The return process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
