Finicky Flowers has exceptional, attentive, and personalized customer care! I called yesterday morning and described what I wanted to have delivered. I live in Houston and this was in sympathy for close friends so it was very personal for me. They were so courteous and listened with exacting detail. I live in New York and needed a flower arrangement delivered to a local cemetery. The funeral director suggested Fineky Flowers. What a pleasurable experince I had speaking with FiFi. She was so helpful picking out the perfect arrangement. She even took into consideration the outdoor temperature so that the arrangement wouldn’t wilt. She would ensure this with the cemetery staff. They go WAY above and beyond. The staff helps me every year deliver flowers to the graves of my loved ones. They do not drop and deliver, but take the extra time to say a prayer or a kind word, wipe the headstones, etc. They listen to my requests via the website and text me photos so I can experience it with them. Beautiful flower arrangements, worth every penny.
This is my new flower shop! Their service is fantastic and my wedding bouquet came out exactly as the picture! All the flowers were gorgeous.I couldn't have been more happy. Absolutely amazing service!
