Been using the service for about a year. Several things broken and NEVER did the service let me know. I always had to find the items and ask. When you inquire about things like this, the owner gets very aggressive and argues that you are the problem. They cleaned dry surfaces extremely well (dusting and vacuuming), but wet surfaces such as tile floors and bathrooms still needed work after they left a lot of times.
