Great environment to work out, sauna, steam & pool are a real plus.
Love it so far very quiet and laid back
Best gym I’ve been a member of hands down! I work evenings and the only other 24/7 gyms available to me have been Planet Fitness� and gyms that have smith machines and no benches. The wide range of machines is also amazing too, and for what I pay a month its a no brainer!! I’m still new to the gym but I can already see a difference in not only my body but my strength as well. Highly recommend to anyone!
Never have I ever had a problem here until now. Most of the guys that come here are usually super encouraging. I’ve been coming to my gym for a over a year now and a member had the nerve to look at me and a few girls and say “looks like the first of the month crew is here”. He is the reason people avoid gym and don’t have the courage to go. Won’t stop me though. Still love fingerlakes. Wish they would weed out the bones heads though.
