I have respect, especially when you pay for a service to relax. They didn't even try to be friendly. There was another woman doing nails who didn't even look at me, just mumbled something. HANDS DOWN, THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They didn't even ask me about the water temperature, which was more cold than hot. They didn't even give me a massage. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I have been coming here for 9 years and the service is amazing! My nails always look so nice and I am always getting compliments. 🥰 they are able to do any design I show them!
