I don't normally complain and have been a loyal customer at this salon for many years, always raving about their work. Unfortunately, yesterday during my monthly pedicure, I had a deeply upsetting experience. One of their employees, Gloria—who was not even the person working on me—took it upon herself to walk over and aggressively yell in my face. Sad to say I had a terrible experience here today. I was having a pedicure and the manicurist cut my toe. She said the nail file was new so it was sharp, but in reality she cut the nail too far and as a result filed my skin. I was bleeding and in pain. She then proceeded to touch the open wound with nail polish remover and then got nail polish on it before another woman came to finish the pedicure. Omg! Let me begin. the manicure and pedicure. JUST PERFECT 🤩. And the eyebrow wax oh goodness painless and quick. Very. Efficient. Best place in Connecticut, make sure you come here if you live near.
