Sad to say I had a terrible experience here today. I was having a pedicure and the manicurist cut my toe. She said the nail file was new so it was sharp, but in reality she cut the nail too far and as a result filed my skin. I was bleeding and in pain. She then proceeded to touch the open wound with nail polish remover and then got nail polish on it before another woman came to finish the pedicure. Omg! Let me begin. the manicure and pedicure. JUST PERFECT 🤩. And the eyebrow wax oh goodness painless and quick. Very. Efficient. Best place in Connecticut, make sure you come here if you live near.
I understand accidents happen, but it should be made up for through customer service. One of the employees accidentally bumped into the counter, spilling a bottle of nail glue onto my clothes and water bottle. I had hoped they would offer some sort of discount at the least to make up for my things that got ruined, but they didn’t. I should’ve said something but at that point I just wanted to leave. It’s too bad they couldn’t make it right as I won’t be going back.
