Omg! Let me begin. the manicure and pedicure. JUST PERFECT 🤩. And the eyebrow wax oh goodness painless and quick. Very. Efficient. Best place in Connecticut, make sure you come here if you live near.
I understand accidents happen, but it should be made up for through customer service. One of the employees accidentally bumped into the counter, spilling a bottle of nail glue onto my clothes and water bottle. I had hoped they would offer some sort of discount at the least to make up for my things that got ruined, but they didn’t. I should’ve said something but at that point I just wanted to leave. It’s too bad they couldn’t make it right as I won’t be going back.
