First, Brett, the owner and technician, made a good initial impression by calling me back within 24 hours of my initial call. Unfortunately, that is all too rare these days. Diagnosed and fixed my inground pool electric heater. Was a simple fix. Appreciate service and repair of a worn wire along with diagnosis. Service fee was pricey but he got the job done.
Finger lakes refrigeration is the place to go! Brett, is very knowledgeable and straightforward. A true master of his craft. I had two separate companies take a look at my central air unit as it wasn’t working properly and both couldn’t get the job done (even though they claimed they did). Within minutes of Brett being at my house, he found a hole, which was a manufacturing defect, in one of the coils in my unit. I called Brad during the holiday weekend because my AC stopped blowing cold air. Brad arrived within minutes, which was great especially during a holiday weekend. He checked the system and fixed it quickly, and provided an excellent service, reliable, honest, friendly, and transparent. Thanks a lot!
