Finger Lakes Refrigeration and Brett are a fantastic company to work with. They are kind, flexible and have great attention to detail and it doesn't hurt that they are also dog lovers. The service that was provided was incredibly fast. The home was left in the same condition as it was found. The workmanship was clean and as stated in the quote. This is a rare find company, do yourself a favor and work with finger lakes.
I contacted Brett George on a Wednesday afternoon regarding questions about a heat pump. He did an analysis of our needs and gave us an invoice on Thursday afternoon, and we now have a fully functioning heat pump on Saturday morning. Outstanding! Brett is very personable, meticulous in his work, and outstanding in explaining all aspects of the installation and uses for our new unit.
