Been in a fight to get someone to do the paperwork for the approval process of fidelis to cover my surgery. Meanwhile I'm walking around with a clavicle almost out of my skin and the rotator cup bone broke apart and I am just told to wait , but I call the insurance company to find out whar arnot needs to do.
