Had AC joint repair by Dr. Smith! Thankfully it was successful in coming together. Fidelis sucks and wasn't cooperative with speeding up approval. If you have a shoulder injury, be patient with the process before you flipped out, such as I did and now saying " Thank you Dr. Smith I appreciate your help with getting my recovery started. Thanks again to your staff and I apologize for the inconvenience of my attitude prior to surgery. It was stressful and I will do better in any future events if anything should arise.
Been in a fight to get someone to do the paperwork for the approval process of fidelis to cover my surgery. Meanwhile I'm walking around with a clavicle almost out of my skin and the rotator cup bone broke apart and I am just told to wait , but I call the insurance company to find out whar arnot needs to do. So I have been waiting since 10/4/25 to get my shoulder fixed. Guthrie and arnot hasn't showed it a concern that my bone is popping out like a little sweatshirt weight hurts to set on it.
