Finger Lakes Occupational Health, Balsley Rd. Waterloo Went in to schedule a DOT medical exam. Young lady named Ryan assisted me. Let me tell you something - If there were more of her in this world it'd be a much better place. She was awesome in everything she did. Customer service level = 11. (Even offered to make me coffee!) If she has a twin, you'd be crazy not to hire her. I'd bring her home if my wife said it was OK. Thank you, Ryan for improving the quality of my day.
