You will hear everything your neighbors do. Every word spoken, every step taken, toilet flushed and door closed. This makes a good nights sleep or generally peaceful living impossible. Be prepared to sleep with noise cancelling headphones on. Also good luck getting a maintenance ticket resolved within a week.
Lived here for about 3 years in the same unit. Lovely neighbors, central location to everything in canandaigua, staff were always kind and responsive to me, and very dog friendly environment. I will say ceilings and floors are thin and noise travels but as someone that lived on the middle floor it didn’t bother me much, if you are sensitive to this a top floor unit is best. Overall I really enjoyed my time here, felt move out inspection was fair even without me present.
(6/22) so we were the bottom unit. Sh!t travels down. The toilet and tub backed up with sewage. It flooded through the bathroom and seeped through the spare bedroom , soaking into the carpet and getting our furniture soaked in sewage. The maintenance did the best they could by providing us fans and prompt response. The fixed the problem in a few days. They pulled baby wipes that someone had flushed that was causing the blockage. All you need to do is read the post from “Zach Spzila” and their comments to understand how this company acts and is completely awful! It is a company that is to get the most amount of money from you! This company will completely cut all corners to save their money! I’d suggest anything besides Reserve Pointe! Imagine your heat gone, and this is the response they give you, “we gave you one unit,” that being a smaller 100 sqft heater for a whole apartment!
