My card randomly stopped working ive been on hold waiting for customer service for an hour, and online peers wont respond. Proven very unreliable for me.
Love the bank, tellers are always helpful and polite. Love the online app and how convinenet it is. Just wish there were a few more branch locations and that some of the branches had later hours and were open Saturday's.

I love this bank! Been going to the phelps branch for like 12 years I believe! Even when my favorite tellers moved up and went to geneva the new tellers are just as friendly!

I have been with this bank for over 10 yrs. And been through it all. I couldn't ask for a better place to do my banking. There customer service is excellent especially the Visa department. I recommend them to everyone.
