UPDATE - DO NOT RECOMMEND! BUYER BEWARE! I had to update my review. This company does not stand behind their work. As part of my roofing job in 2024, they added leaf guards to my gutters. I noticed that there was water getting behind my gutters somehow when it rained heavily. It was extremely difficult to get the owner to stop up to review the issue. We had our roof replaced and John and his crew were fantastic. He is highly knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process.
Finger Lakes Exteriors did an excellent job fixing a damaged pole barn roof from a fallen tree. I also had multiple broken purlins that they identified and replaced as well. They were speedy and had great communication skills. Would highly recommend them to anyone. 10/10
