Office is clean, staff are very nice and the hygienist did a great job!
Until recently I always spoke highly of Finger Lakes Dental. Took someone I take care of there who will need general anesthesia done. Waited many weeks and heard nothing back. I called them and was told they couldnt do it because the two Medical Technician Doctors did not have the skill to do the job. Recommended Eastman Dental general anesthesia which I cant get it done there either. Already on there waiting list. Where is one to go to get help anymore?
I had a GREAT experience having 10 top teeth and two lower teeth pulled by Dr.Jamming and her assistant. Absolutely NO pain what so ever. I truely believe Dr. Jamming is a dental goddess. As for the billing department, particularly Amy it is better I just say nothing. My mama taught me: if I can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. Friendly, professional staff provide outstanding dental services.
Had my first implant and Dr. Tanoory and his assistant put me at ease. I literally for felt none of the shots he put in my gums or roof of my mouth. As a result it was smooth sailing when it was time for Dr. Jason to start. I would highly recommend him or any of his dentists as I've been to Dr. Cate too.
