Treated with such courtisey and respect. To the entire team that worked with my mother were so genuine. My mother has Alzheimer's. The entire team had patience, and talked to her. Taking her feelings into account each time. My mother's denture work had been started in Arizona. We were shocked beyond belief when the first visit we were told no charge. A positive experience from the initial phone call to schedule a new appointment, to the smiles that greeted us at the front desk, to the gentle way both my daughter and I were taken care of by the hygienist and the dentists! Have never had such a positive experience with a dental office as we did yesterday! Each person we interacted was energetic, positive and encouraging to my five year old. The doctor introduced herself to me and answered all my questions in a kind and professional manner. This was our first appointment for a second opinion on cavities and we will be switching to here full time. Congratulations on a wonderful staff and office experience!
I had a recent cleaning with Kara and as always the staff was engaging, friendly and professional. I feel right at home and believe it or not, I enjoyed my visit to the dentist. I always get wonderful care and feel confident that my dental care is in good hands.
