I had a GREAT experience having 10 top teeth and two lower teeth pulled by Dr.Jamming and her assistant. Absolutely NO pain what so ever. I truely believe Dr. Jamming is a dental goddess. As for the billing department, particularly Amy it is better I just say nothing. My mama taught me: if I can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. Once again finger lakes dental goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Can't express in words how great this place is and how professional their employees are.
Had my first implant and Dr. Tanoory and his assistant put me at ease. I literally for felt none of the shots he put in my gums or roof of my mouth. As a result it was smooth sailing when it was time for Dr. Jason to start. I would highly recommend him or any of his dentists as I've been to Dr. Cate too.
Treated with such courtisey and respect. To the entire team that worked with my mother were so genuine. My mother has Alzheimer's. The entire team had patience, and talked to her. Taking her feelings into account each time. My mother's denture work had been started in Arizona. We were shocked beyond belief when the first visit we were told no charge. I was extremely Fearful of my recent dental procedure the use of oral sedation. I am amazed how it worked no pain during the procedure. Dr. Jason and all his staff are a great team. Highly recommended Dental Group Carol
