It was good
Have not been satisfied with my old dentist, and when my crown broke off I need a new place to go. Called first thing in morning was able to get in at 10 am made me comfortable relaxed. Number up made sure I felt no pain and with in a few minutes it was pulled, and I walked out before 11am. Very happy with these professionals, they now have new customers!!!
Teri and Dr. Cate were great! Both were very confident and professional, and did all they could to make an unfortunate experience as comfortable as possible. All staff have a strong customer service focus and are consistently friendly and helpful.
Proficient, professional and polite; this is like going to grandma's for thanksgiving..
I'm not sure how it could be improved. Despite an unfortunate situation, everyone was fantastic! Megan (Meek) made sure I was seen the day I contacted her regarding the problem, and looked in on me when I arrived. Teri and Dr. Cate were professional, informative and compassionate. I have been a patient in your office 13 years and have experienced excellence consistently, with each visit! Your practice is a great resource for our community. Thanks so much to all of you!!

Always great, always friendly.. I have said many times that Finger Lakes Dental is the best dental experience I've ever had.. And in saying this insulting my own Mother who is a retired dental assistant and I always went to the Dentist she worked for with her assisting... I always reccomend FLD...
