Minimal wait, very friendly staff, superb service
As always Fingerlakes Dental Care is my family dentist. My boys love going for their cleanings. The environment is awesome, friendly, inviting, and what makes me recommend them to everyone I know.
A positive experience from the initial phone call to schedule a new appointment, to the smiles that greeted us at the front desk, to the gentle way both my daughter and I were taken care of by the hygienist and the dentists! Have never had such a positive experience with a dental office as we did yesterday! Having worked in the medical field, myself, for some 27 years , can I please say that ~ Finger Lakes Dental~.you are doing it right!! Thank you!!
I am so excited thatbour family has found a dentistry that is so pleasant. Great first experience from the door to the door.
Each person we interacted was energetic, positive and encouraging to my five year old. The doctor introduced herself to me and answered all my questions in a kind and professional manner. This was our first appointment for a second opinion on cavities and we will be switching to here full time. Congratulations on a wonderful staff and office experience!

My visit was great, as always. Check-in and check-out process very quick and easy. Took me right on time and answered all my questions in a way I understood. I count my blessings for the day I switched to your office. Have referred several, and will continue to do so.
I had a great experience. I like coming in to the office, the people are welcoming and kind and I didn't stop laughing with the hygienist from the minute I sat down until I said good-bye. Had a great cleaning and she made the experience that much more awesome!
