Over all a good practice. There was bumps transitioning from old doctor's office to new but once they get things smoothed out, it's a far better place to go. They do NOT push meds that you do not need, do take extra time to sit and talk with you. Nurses and PA are very good.
I had a tooth pulled Wednesday 28th the dentist who had pulled it out punched me in my right upper lip leaving a nasty bruise, I only gave permission to take a tooth out not to hurt me in the process
I have gone to Geneva Community Health for over 2 years. Everyone there has been knowledgeable, professional, polite and friendly. All my appointments have been prompt and thorough. The staff act like they care and aren’t trying to rush you out. This is particularly true of Chris Picchi. I would highly recommend Geneva Community Health to anyone seeking a GP in the Geneva area.
Showed up to my port Byron appointment 5 mins late due to construction. I called and spoke to Franchesca while driving and they relayed a message to the office bc no one answered the phone in port Byron. I asked if I should turn around they said no it's not a big deal and 7 min late rule only applies to medical ( i was 5 min late). They said I'd have to reschedule or wait two hours for next appointment because the next two appointments were already here. OMG This place sucks! Everything about this place sucks. It seems like everyone there is incompetent, excluding maybe one or two of the nurses. If you went to a health clinic in Appalachia, it wouldn't be as bad as this place. Don't believe me? Go check it out for yourself. You will definitely be disappointed. I'm getting stressed out just talking about it. I absolutely HATE that place 100%. And it's not just me, check out the other reviews. This place doesn't even deserve to be given 1 star, but that's as low as you can go.... read more
