Their flavored coffees are amazing—I always like to get a couple of bags when I'm in town. The employees will also grind the beans dependent on the coffee maker you plan to use them in, which is such a nice touch. Overall a lovely business, highly recommend!
Horrible service I go here 4-5 a week. I got a coffee 15 minutes before. Trusting them I didn’t taste my coffee as I went downstairs to ask for caramel which I paid for a Carmelo. I worked and managed many coffee shops, this is horrible coffee. I explained her I underfund you are closing but all I want is caramel. She refused to give me that and I even tipped them. Horrible service and management. Something needs to be done and I refuse to come back here again.
Coffee is inconsistent, iced coffee always melts the ice, they never do the right about of cream, the straws a cheap and flimsy . The only reason they get business is cause they’re in the hospital and there are no other choices but that doesn’t mean it’s good. Can we put in our own cream please
Fun monthly specials. Rarely do they make mistakes & if they do, they fix them and remake your order. Expensive in the hospital because they up charge for "friends of strong". Be sure to get a punch card for free bevs
