Coffee is inconsistent, iced coffee always melts the ice, they never do the right about of cream, the straws a cheap and flimsy . The only reason they get business is cause they’re in the hospital and there are no other choices but that doesn’t mean it’s good. Can we put in our own cream please
Fun monthly specials. Rarely do they make mistakes & if they do, they fix them and remake your order. Expensive in the hospital because they up charge for "friends of strong". Be sure to get a punch card for free bevs
If I ask for 4 Cream, 4 Sugar, & 4 Vanilla Syrup shots. WHY IS MY COFFEE AS DARK AS ME!!!! Will go to Dunkin beforehand next time. Then you give me attitude when I ask for you to add the cream you forgot…..
