Jay Egan is a slumlord at best. Wont fix anything with the property. Let me and my 2 kids (4&6) without water for 4 days cause he didnt want to pay a plumber overtime to fix the well. Then when the plumber did show up, he flooded the basement. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANYTHING JAY EGAN IS ASSOCIATED WITH!
