I am currently a tenant and let me tell you I am very happy here. The location is quiet yet close to a lot. The apartments are nice and the amenities are very good. The biggest thing for me though is the management team is phenomenal, very quick to respond/fulfill requests, good communication, very good customer service and very professional. I am very happy with Finewell Rentals.
bad business . interviewed me on the phone and in person. rude and disrespectful owner. he will not pay you what you worth. im 50 yrs old he talk to me like one of his kids quote. "this is the last time ima ask you" ok tell me what we are talking about first..i wouldn't work for him if he pay me 50hr. apartment are in downtown Albany where its probably bedbug and roach infested.
Horrible upkeep.
I think they are ripping me off I need to find another apartment I’m always on time with my rent and I get something this ridiculous OMG!!!!
If I could give them no stars I would. My oven was not working properly for 8 months. Bugs!! Forget about it!! They lie about everything.
