I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to this time. Walter and Curtis were extremely professional, polite, and really knew their stuff when it came to cleaning carpets. I had a tough pet stain problem, but they handled it perfectly—the carpet looks brand new now. I was referred to this carpet cleaning company and had a great experience. They scheduled my appointment quickly and showed up right on time, keeping me updated with text messages. they did a great job cleaning the carpet on my stairwell, which was really dirty when i moved in. even though i was told it had been cleaned, the carpet still looked bad and would make your feet dirty. i called and frank and his team came over and made the stairs look like new again. i was so happy with the results that i had them clean my couch and loveseat too, and they did excellent work again. very friendly people and i highly recommend their carpet cleaning services.
